Meds, etc. The night was troubled by various pains and very unwelcome itchiness, normal scrotal/perineal, but also both lower legs. I applied Eucerin cream on the legs yesterday morning, and again at bedtime, but was up in the middle of the night applying Eucerin Calming lotion on them, and later still applying Sarna. My glucose reading from the CGM at 5:15 is 115, 7 day GMI remains at 6.5%, ditto for 14 and 30 day ranges. I've been without Jardiance/empagliflozin since July 24, or 15 days. The last Trulicity injection was on July 25, two weeks ago. I injected Trulicity today at 6:30. Morning meds at .
One year ago today I sent a photo of my butt with a bed sore to Dr. Chatt, who confirmed it was a bed sore and sent me a waffle cushion and some dressings I was to apply daily. The bed sore developed after all the immobility during my PMR followed by the intense hip/thigh/knee pain. 2024 was, in large measure, a year of sitting on my ass because of sever chronic pain. Bed sore. Unbelievable, but true.😡
Planet Fitness. 8:45 a.m. A least busy time, but still no assured access to the weight machines I wanted. Leg extension: 1 set of about 10 reps, Back extension, 15 reps, Rowing machine, 10 reps. All using the lowest weight load. Still I can feel a little strain in my shoulder muscles, not a good sign.

(1) Netanyahu: "Israel intends to occupy all of Gaza." Great resistance from the IDF, much resistance from Israelis, support from Smotrich, Ben-Gvir, settler class, who yearn to return Jewish settlements there.
(2) Trump trots out Stephen Moore, lickspittle, to challenge BLS jobs data. I smile as I remember all the times I watched Catherine Rampel eviscerate him on PBS.
(3) Gazans are starving. Video images of male Gazans swarming over food trucks like ants on a dog turd, maggots on carrion.
(4) Trump deploys federal law enforcement agents throughout D.C. Another takeover, expansion of executive/Trump power.

(7) Led by Trump, Republicans push to redraw election maps in multiple states. What hath the Robert's Supreme Court wrought in 2019 with Rucho v. Common Cause, when it ruled, 5-4, that federal courts were not permitted to review partisan gerrymandering?
