Out of steam? Both my brain and my body have slowed down to shuffling baby steps. That's how I walk, outside anyway, and that's how my mind has been the last couple of days. I am at one of those times when I wonder whether my journaling days are finished. I started journaling every day at the end of July, 2022. AI tells me that means I've been doing it regularly for about 1227 days, minus about 2 weeks when I was in too much pain from PMR to type, so make it 1,213 days or 173 weeks. When I started, I wondered whether I could keep it up for a whole month. There is an endless list of stuff to reflect on and write about, but I'm out of steam, brain-dead or partly so.
