In bed at 9:50 , up at 4:40, feeling a little nauseous, not good.  33°°, wind chill 27°, high 52° 

Meds, etc.  Lasix at  4:40 a.m.   Morning meds at ? a.m.   10 a.m appointment with Deena in the OPT Clinic for lymphedema.  11 a.m. appointment with the Infectious Diseases Clinic.   

I spent the day at the VA and came home with two bags of medicines and other stuff.  Saw a Rapid Response Team in action in the Medical Subspecialties Clinic as I waited to visit with Dr. Khalid, the infectious disease specialist.  I'm becoming semi-brain-dead from such focus on my body's failings and demands.  Two more antibiotics, creams, more socks, velcro leg wraps, an MRI of my ankle if permitted with my Interstim implant, etc.  Dr. Cheng in PM&R next week, not sure why.  Telephone visit with a pharmacist specialist checking on the biologic Kevzara.  The following week, an echocardiogram and cardiac stress test.  What does Zeke Emanuel advise?  I haven't had a COVID-19 vaccination yet.  Same question.
